Really great article, data quality will always be one of my favorite topic. As it’s a bit of everyone’s responsibility at some point, it’s hard to manage - especially for large orgs.
Thank you! Scale does make this exponentially harder! The shared responsibility model works when you have 3-4 teams coordinating. At large orgs with dozens of teams touching the same data, even simple changes can have you navigating this maze of communication.
