Yeah! People need space to experiment, but if you’re telling them to prove efficiency right away, you automatically remove that space. It’s going to be really interesting to see where Samsung is with this in a year. Who knows. Maybe I’m wrong.

Giving everyone AI and then measuring how many people one person can replace is a hell of a way to encourage experimentation.

They are kind of saying the quiet part out loud, which would not motivate me if I were a Samsung employee.
That’s what I’m saying! Maybe they thought they would treat their employees like adults, but this isn’t cool either way.
